Process
Research & Analysis: Conducted more than 20 user and stakeholder interviews, and surveys to understand the pain points and user needs. As this of first in the market, studying competitor apps/ solutions were not necessary. Hence, we gathered industry trends and insights on the store operational flow.
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on stakeholders and user feedback. Afterward, built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the designs.
Usability Testing: Conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedbacks, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: Developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, application icon, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. Additionally, created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
